About Me
I have taught in both Christian and public schools since 1978 with my five licensed areas: art, English, elementary 1-8, reading K-12, and my newest area;English as a Second Language which is clearly my absolute favorite. I attended three universities: Asbury University, The Ohio State University, and Otterbein University.
My specialty is reading/teaching kids to read and creating products to help with that end. I also really like to use chapter books with my older students; specifically, The Chronicles of Narnia.
I've been married to Carl Crews since 1978 and I have two grown sons, Andy and Ethan. I love dogs and currently have a small standard dachshund named, Sammy.
